THE SECRET INGREADIENTS

yeaaahhhhhh.. last ko k for this semester..
ahahah .. syira please behave yourself. Don’t be too happy because u still have two semester for your ko k.
I took horticulture for my ko k. it is very interesting class because every class I gain new knowledge. I choose this ko k  because I want. I want to learn something new. Who knows maybe after I graduate I have my own farm. InsyaALLAH amen just pray for my successful.
Okay lets drop this subject
Actual I want to share with u guys how to made “suci dalam debu” but I don’t know what to call that in English. I wonder if there is Malay call it in english.
I made this chips last semester break. My friends and I love this chips very much. I don’t know why but I do love chips
So this is the step to make “suci dalam debu” .. all the best for u guys
Firstly the ingredient :
  • 1 cup NESTUM
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk / horlicks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Spring rolls skin adequately  * a little flour + water to be used as glue
  • oil for frying

Method :
  1. Pull the spring rolls skin layer by layer but make sure the spring rolls do not get torn
  2. Roll up starting from the sharp edges until the end. Glue the edges of the ends with  flour that mixed with water
  3. Scissors the spring rolls that had finished rolled.
  4. While, heat oil in a frying pan
  5. When the oil is hot, enter the finished spring rolls skin that had being cut into the oil. Make sure fry until it turn crisp and drain the oil.
  6. Meanwhile, blander sugar, NESTUM , horlicks @ milk powder until destroyed. Put it in a large former
  7. Mix the crispy spring rolls skin into powder sugar NESTUM that had been blended
  8. Keep crackers in an airtight former
